01

Membership

What is Legacy Strength?

Legacy Strength is a structured digital fitness platform built around training, missions, accountability, progression, and long-term consistency.

Instead of relying on random workouts, members receive an organized system designed to help them train with clear direction, earn progress, and develop sustainable discipline.

Who is Legacy Strength designed for?

Legacy Strength is designed for adults across a broad range of experience levels, from those beginning a structured fitness routine to experienced members seeking stronger accountability, progression, and training direction.

Your experience level, goals, and available equipment are collected during onboarding to help establish an appropriate starting point.

Which membership should I begin with?

Copper is the controlled entry point for most new members. It provides a clear introduction to the Legacy Strength system and begins with a free 7-day trial.

Silver, Gold, and Coach memberships provide progressively broader access, programming, recognition, and opportunities for members ready to advance further.

What happens after I join?

After joining, you complete member induction by identifying your primary goal, training experience, and available equipment.

You can then enter the member platform, review your training path, begin available workouts and missions, and start building progression through consistent participation.

02

Training

Are the workouts beginner-friendly?

Yes. Legacy Strength supports different experience levels and training environments.

Members should select movements, resistance, and intensity that match their current ability. Copper provides the clearest starting route, while higher tiers offer progressively deeper programming and access.

What equipment do I need?

A full commercial gym is not required. Legacy Strength can support several training setups, including:

  • Bodyweight training
  • Resistance bands
  • Dumbbells
  • Kettlebells
  • Pull-up bars
  • Bench and barbell setups
  • Full-gym equipment

Available equipment is identified during onboarding so members can navigate training appropriate to their setup.

How often should I train?

Training frequency depends on your program, recovery, schedule, health, and experience.

Legacy Strength is built around sustainable consistency rather than occasional extreme effort. Follow the structure available to you and allow appropriate time for recovery.

Does Legacy Strength guarantee specific results?

No fitness platform can guarantee a specific physical outcome. Results vary according to consistency, effort, recovery, health, nutrition, training history, and other individual factors.

Legacy Strength provides structure, direction, and accountability. Each member remains responsible for how consistently and safely they apply the system.

03

Membership & Billing

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Copper membership begins with a free 7-day trial.

A valid payment method may be required when the trial begins. Unless cancelled before the trial expiration date, Copper renews at $9 per month.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You may cancel before your next renewal date to prevent future recurring charges.

When cancelling during a paid billing period, access will generally remain available through the end of that period unless otherwise stated.

Copper trial members should cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first monthly charge.

Are normal membership payments refundable?

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable after they have been validly processed because digital membership access and premium platform features become available upon activation.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund a current or previous billing period.

Confirmed duplicate charges, billing errors, unauthorized transactions, and refunds required by applicable law will be investigated and handled appropriately.

What does not normally qualify for a refund?

Refund eligibility is not automatically created because a member:

  • Did not use the membership
  • Stopped training
  • Forgot to cancel before renewal
  • Did not complete available workouts
  • Did not achieve an expected result
  • Changed their mind after access was provided

Full billing and refund standards are provided on the Policies page.

How do I manage billing or cancel?

Membership billing and subscription management are handled through the secure account or billing portal connected to your membership.

Use the available billing-management option before your renewal date to update payment information or cancel future recurring charges.

What happens if a payment fails?

A failed, declined, expired, reversed, or disputed payment may result in restricted or suspended paid membership access.

Access may be restored after the payment issue is resolved and the membership returns to good standing.

04

Platform Access

Can I use Legacy Strength on a mobile device?

Yes. Legacy Strength is designed to work across modern phones, tablets, laptops, and desktop devices using a supported web browser.

Device performance, connection quality, screen size, and browser settings may affect the experience.

Will the platform continue to receive updates?

Yes. Legacy Strength may continue to improve, reorganize, expand, replace, or update workouts, missions, challenges, progression systems, integrations, and member features as the platform evolves.

Is my payment information stored by Legacy Strength?

Payments are processed through established third-party payment and membership providers.

Legacy Strength does not directly store complete payment-card details on the website.

Can I share my membership account?

No. Membership accounts and login credentials are intended for the registered member’s individual use.

Sharing account access, premium content, member-only materials, or credentials may result in access restrictions, suspension, or termination.

Does the music library change automatically?

Music availability and featured training lanes may change as approved content is added, updated, or reorganized.

Music is an optional atmosphere layer and does not replace workout structure, coaching direction, or safety guidance.

05

Progression & Community

How does Legacy Strength progression work?

Legacy Strength uses structured participation, missions, stars, ranks, streaks, challenges, and other recognition systems to help members measure consistency and advancement.

Progression is intended to reinforce honest participation and disciplined training. It must not be manipulated, falsified, or earned through unauthorized activity.

Can I become a Legacy Strength Coach?

Qualified members may apply for Coach status when applicable eligibility requirements are met.

Approval is not automatic. Coach eligibility may consider membership standing, rank, participation, consistency, conduct, verification, and other program requirements.

Can coaches earn referral commissions?

Approved coaches may qualify for referral commissions under the applicable coach and referral program.

Commissions are subject to verification, member retention, valid payment, program eligibility, and platform standards. Refunded, disputed, reversed, fraudulent, cancelled, or unpaid transactions may not qualify and may cause commission credit to be reversed.

What conduct is not allowed?

Legacy Strength does not permit harassment, fraud, account sharing, false progression, referral manipulation, unauthorized redistribution of content, platform interference, or attempts to bypass access and security controls.

These standards protect legitimate members, coaches, progression, payments, and the integrity of the platform.

06

Health & Safety

Does Legacy Strength provide medical advice?

No. Legacy Strength provides general fitness education and structured training content. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, or individualized medical advice.

Should I consult a healthcare professional first?

You should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before beginning a new exercise program, particularly if you have an injury, medical condition, mobility limitation, pregnancy, or another health concern.

Stop exercising and seek appropriate medical attention if you experience chest discomfort, dizziness, faintness, severe pain, unusual shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms.
